Network Developer

• 8+ years building and operating large networks at a hyperscaler, CDN, internet exchange, carrier or ISP.
• Deep BGP at scale: route policy, communities, RPKI, traffic engineering, peering and transit.
• Strong data center and backbone design. You know Clos/EVPN-VXLAN fabrics and MPLS or Segment Routing, and when each makes sense.
• Hands-on with white-box or disaggregated networking, including choosing hardware and knowing where the silicon limits you.
• You treat the network as code. You write automation yourself (Python or similar), and you've built or run the pipelines, source of truth and telemetry that make that safe.
• You've owned availability for something that couldn't go down, and can walk us through a real incident: what broke, how you found it, and what you changed.
• AI-native in how you work. You've built with these tools, not just used them, and you have a view on where they help in operations and where they don't.
• You think like an owner. You bring ideas, not tickets, and you want to help build a team, not just a network.
• A clear, direct communicator who's comfortable with partners' engineers and with our founders.
• Experience at an internet exchange, or running peering at scale.
• Open networking stacks like SONiC, OcNOS or FRR, or contributions to them.
• Streaming telemetry (gNMI/gRPC, sFlow), and building your own monitoring tooling.
• 400G/800G and optical (ZR) deployments, including vendor selection and certification.
• Access networks (GPON/XGS-PON) and MikroTik or Huawei gear, since many partner ISPs run it.
• Building networks in emerging markets such as Africa or Latin America.
• DDoS mitigation at the edge.

If you don't tick every box but have built and run large networks in production, apply anyway.
