Job Description1Provide consultation, solutions and product knowledge to support sales team

2Identify customer business requirement/technical requirement and generate sales opportunity with the proper solution.

3Design right solutions to achieve customer business outcome and maximize customer investment and satisfaction.

4Present the solution to customer and prepare the technical offer and its cost.

5Keep updated with market trend to address customer business/technical requirement and find out right new products/services to enhance existing focus solutions.

6Work closely with focus technology/business partners, building and growing business relationship.

7Handover ordered projects to postsales team.

8Retain and upsell our services to customers.

Requirement1SME level knowledge is essential. (Minimum CCNP)

2Min 5 years of IT experience in Network & Data Centre solutions.

3Skills in one or more of the following areas a plus: Cisco Data center technologies, Network security (Firewall, VPN, etc.), Cisco ISE, Cisco WLAN

4Strong business acumen with strong interests in keeping up-to-date with current technologies.

5Must have experience working in a customer-facing role.

6Good verbal and written communication and presentation, negotiation skills.

7Strong consultative skill set to include communications with varying levels of customer personnel as well as the ability to identify and help close new opportunities within existing clients.
