AI-Assisted Development

Candidates should be comfortable using modern AI coding tools as part of their normal development workflow.

This may include tools such as:

• GitHub Copilot
• ChatGPT
• Codex
• Claude
• Claude Code
• Cursor
• Similar AI-assisted development tools

AI tools may be used for tasks such as:

• Code generation and refactoring
• Debugging
• Writing unit tests
• Reviewing code
• Understanding unfamiliar code
• Producing technical documentation
• Exploring implementation approaches
• Improving developer productivity

We are looking for developers who can use these tools effectively while still applying their own engineering judgement and validating the output.

Azure Experience

Experience with relevant Microsoft Azure services is important, including some of the following:

Experience

We are ideally looking for someone with approximately 3–6 years of commercial software development experience.

Candidates should have strong hands-on experience developing and supporting production applications.

• Working with some overlap with UK business hours
• Providing regular development updates
• Raising blockers and technical issues early
• Discussing technical solutions with UK developers and stakeholders
• Working independently when required
