Experience:
5-7 years of experience in FMCG/food products sales or in a similar position, preferably with strong experience in National sales and team management.
Demonstrated experience in leading sales teams and managing National sales operations will be highly preferred.
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience in managing National or large-scale sales operations.
Strong knowledge of FMCG distribution, dealer/distributor management, retail sales, and market development.

Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and decision-making skills.

Job Summary:
Responsible for leading and managing the company’s nationwide sales operations, achieving overall sales targets, expanding distribution coverage, and driving business growth across Bangladesh. Managing sales operations across the assigned Division, Region, Area & Territory Establishing new depots, appointing dealers, and recruiting DSM/RSM/ASM/TSM personnel. Developing and executing the company’s national sales strategy to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. The National Sales Manager will lead and supervise the nationwide sales team, expand market coverage, develop and strengthen distributor and retailer networks, and ensure effective distribution and availability of all company products across assigned markets. The role also involves monitoring sales performance, DSR (Daily Sales Report) and market activities, managing sales budgets and targets, implementing trade promotions, analyzing market trends and competitors, and providing regular sales performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement National sales strategies through new depots, dealers, and DSM/RSM/ ASM/TSM appointments
Develop and execute nationwide sales strategies to achieve company sales Plan & objectives.
Set and monitor daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the sales team.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the entire national sales team, including DSM, RSM, ASM, SO, SR, and other field sales personnel.
Develop and expand the company’s depot, distributor, dealer, wholesale, and retail network across Bangladesh.
Ensure proper product distribution, availability, visibility, and market penetration in all assigned territories.
Monitor Sales Team, sales reports, market coverage, outlet productivity, and sales performance regularly.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
Develop strategies for entering new markets and increasing sales in existing markets.
Maintain strong relationships with key distributors, dealers, retailers, and major customers.
Monitor competitors’ products, pricing, promotions, distribution, and market activities.
Plan and implement effective trade promotions, sales campaigns, and merchandising activities.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, Marketing, Finance, and Management to ensure smooth business operations.
Monitor distributor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to prevent stock shortages.
Review sales team performance and take necessary corrective actions to improve productivity.
Prepare and present regular national sales performance reports, forecasts, and business plans to senior management.
Manage sales budgets and ensure effective utilization of sales and promotional expenses.
Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies, pricing structures, and business guidelines.
Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions and evaluate team performance.
Identify training needs and arrange coaching and development programs for the sales team.
Take responsibility for overall national sales growth, market expansion, distribution efficiency, and revenue achievement.
