MyMiki Experience Manager at Ventures Lab | chakrie

Requirements

Experience in VIP account management, high-touch customer relationships, or iGaming operations — you know how to build trust with people who have plenty of other places to take their business
Comfort owning outcomes for a book of players, not just executing a task list
Judgment under ambiguity — a lot of this role is reading a player and making the right call, not following a script
Comfort building from scratch — you won't be handed a fully-formed system, and that should sound exciting, not daunting
Familiarity with Ontario's regulatory environment — AGCO requirements and Responsible Gambling standards aren't an afterthought here
Based in Ontario, this role is expected to work with a late morning start and have availability to support customers when they need you most

How Success Is Measured:

VIP Retention Rate — you're accountable for your own book of customers
Response Time — 15 minutes during your shift, 8 hours out-of-office
Smartico Mission Engagement — the more engaged the customers are, the more successful you will be
