BSc in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Business Administration, or relevant discipline.
Basic understanding of garment production and production planning.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic knowledge of ERP/software.
Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong willingness to learn and develop a career in the RMG industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing production plans, loading plans, line plans, and production schedules.
Support capacity planning and order allocation based on factory requirements.
Monitor daily production progress against planned targets.
Coordinate with Production, IE, Merchandising, Quality, Store, and Supply Chain teams.
Assist in monitoring WIP, cutting, sewing, finishing, and shipment status.
Identify production bottlenecks and support corrective actions.
Prepare daily/weekly production reports and KPI updates.
Assist in T&A follow-up and ensure timely order execution.
Support continuous improvement in productivity, capacity utilization, and on-time delivery.
