And we’re looking for someone, a 𝐌𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐬 & 𝐕𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐨 𝐄𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 who will step up our design team with flares of creativity.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 – Create engaging motion graphics and animations for social media, digital campaigns, websites, advertisements, product explainers, and other marketing materials. – Create engaging Reels, Shorts, social media videos, OVCs, and AI-generated video content optimized for digital platforms. – Transform creative concepts into compelling motion content while maintaining brand consistency and visual quality. – Develop storyboards, animatics, and motion concepts to effectively communicate creative ideas before production. – Animate UI/UX designs, logo animations, explainer videos, kinetic typography, and micro-interactions for digital platforms. – Utilize Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other industry-standard tools to produce high-quality visual content. – Leverage AI-powered creative tools for image generation, video enhancement, background removal, upscaling, voice generation, and workflow automation to improve production efficiency. – Collaborate closely with designers, content creators, marketers, and other stakeholders to deliver creative solutions aligned with campaign objectives. – Optimize animations and video assets for multiple platforms, ensuring smooth performance across web, mobile, and social media. – Maintain consistency in typography, color, transitions, pacing, and overall visual storytelling across all deliverables. – Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high production standards. – Stay updated with emerging animation trends, AI technologies, plugins, and creative workflows to continuously improve content quality and efficiency.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 – 3–6 years of professional experience in Motion Graphics, Video Production, or Multimedia Design with a strong portfolio showcasing animation and video projects. – Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and a good understanding of Figma. – Hands-on experience using AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Magnific, Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, ElevenLabs, or similar platforms for content creation and production workflows. – Good understanding of prompt writing and AI-assisted creative workflows to generate visual assets, enhance videos, and accelerate production. – Solid knowledge of animation principles, motion design, timing, transitions, typography, composition, and color theory. – Experience creating social media videos, promotional campaigns, product explainers, reels, and short-form digital content. – Basic understanding of Lottie, GSAP, or web animation workflows is considered an advantage. – Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver polished, high-quality creative assets. – Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. – A proactive mindset with a passion for learning new creative technologies, AI tools, and emerging design trends.

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 Candidates with 3-6+ years of experience in the relevant field.

𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 – Starting from BDT 35k per month.

𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 – 5 days (Fri-Sat weekends), 10 AM to 07 PM – Occasional Saturday work may be required.
