Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and facilitate the M&E Framework Development Workshop to establish indicators, baselines, and project targets.
Conduct structured Project, Monitoring and Learning Visits to project fields and partner OPD offices to assess activity progress.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting.
Maintain project databases and documentation systems, analyze both quantitative and qualitative data, and generate periodic progress reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries.
Utilize digital platforms such as MS Excel, SPSS, Power BI, KoBo Toolbox, or similar platforms for data collection, analysis, visualization, and reporting, with particular emphasis on disability-inclusive programming and evidence-based project management.
Support the establishment of beneficiary feedback and complaint response mechanisms, ensure accountability and community engagement standards are consistently maintained, and monitor safeguarding and inclusion indicators.
Responsible for implementing and maintaining MEAL systems, logical frameworks, indicator tracking mechanisms, and database management processes to ensure effective project monitoring, data quality, analysis, and reporting.
