MIS and Documentation Officer (SMART) Project

Monitoring, Data Collection & Record Keeping Oversee baseline studies and final evaluations at the sub-project level to ensure smooth execution and valid results. Conduct frequent field visits to monitor project-level implementation and gather real-time primary data following established standards and protocols.

Support team members with Resource-Efficient and Cleaner Production (RECP) screening/profiling and assist in completing MIS reporting forms. Preserve, organize, and archive field data systematically to support recurring data requests and audit needs.

Data Verification, Cleaning & Entry Verify data authenticity and validity by cross-referencing existing records and re-interviewing project participants. Execute real-time data collection using mobile and tablet applications. Clean, sanitize, and de-duplicate raw datasets to resolve errors or inconsistencies.

Enter validated datasets into designated databases while maintaining strict data integrity standards. MIS Reporting & Documentation Maintain organized and accessible records for all project data, workflows, and operational activities. Assist the Project Manager in drafting monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reports.

Identify and communicate operational data management challenges and system updates to team members. Ensure all documentation aligns with organizational policies, regulatory frameworks, and donor guidelines. Capture best practices, lessons learned, and impact case stories to highlight project milestones.

Support internal teams and external consultants in producing multimedia materials, including video documentaries, booklets, brochures, and promotional content. Stakeholder Coordination & Support Maintain regular liaison with PKSF for monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and documentation needs through consistent field presence.

Execute additional operational tasks and duties assigned by the Project Manager and senior management.
