Requirements

Education

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)

Have a Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Engineering or a related Textile & Apparel discipline

Experience

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Buying House
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

Age 24 to 30 years

Are a fresh graduate or have up to 1-2 years of relevant experience
Have a good understanding of garments, textiles and apparel production
Have good English communication skills, both written and spoken
Are comfortable using MS Excel, MS Office
Are organized and have strong follow-up skills
Pay attention to detail
Are proactive and willing to take responsibility
Enjoy communicating with people
Are willing to visit factories and learn from the production floor
Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
Have a positive, practical and solution-oriented attitude
Most importantly, have the ambition to build a career in merchandising

Responsibilities & Context

Coordinate orders from sampling to shipment
Follow up production, quality and delivery timelines
Communicate with buyers, suppliers and factory teams
Check costing, approvals and technical packs
Keep compliance and documentation up to date
