Key responsibilities:
- Follow up on orders from product development through shipment, maintaining Time & Action schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate buyer visits and align with internal stakeholders to drive buyer satisfaction and seamless execution.
- Meet with suppliers, oversee stock distribution, and negotiate competitive cost prices to maximize profitability.
- Analyze strategic business needs and leverage market intelligence to propose innovative capabilities and process enhancements.
- Oversee production planning, quality assurance, and supplier audits to eliminate quality issues and hit output targets.
- Formulate accurate price quotations and control costing for fabrics, trims, and accessories while safeguarding profit margins.
- Set individual and departmental KPIs aligned with company shipment targets and operational goals.
- Proactively identify production bottlenecks and collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows and maintain process flow.
