Requirements: 2–5 years in RMG merchandising; strong knowledge of fabric, trims, and costing; proficient in MS Excel; good English communication.
Manage the full order lifecycle from costing to shipment, coordinating with buyers, suppliers, and production to ensure on-time, in-full delivery.
Responsibilities:
Handle buyer communication, costing, and order confirmation
Source fabric/trims and track development to approval
Monitor production status and resolve delays
Ensure shipment deadlines and quality standards are met
