B.Sc. in ME/ EEE from reputed public university

CGPA of 3.00 or more (in a scale of 4.00) in B.Sc. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Comprehensive expertise in MEP services project works essential for residential and commercial projects.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.

Self-driven and proactive to take initiative, result-oriented and devoted to work.

Ability to deliver extraordinary performance under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.

Ability to maintain an overview of projects, supervisory, negotiating and execution skills.

The applicant having experience in the following area(s) will have added advantage: Real Estate Industry, Project Management, PMP® Certification, QMS Certification etc.

The applicant having skills in the following area(s) will have added advantage: SketchUp, MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office, Report Writing, Presentation Preparation, etc.
