Medical Officer

Provide primary healthcare, medical consultation,treatment diagnosis and appropriate treatment to patients, share holder, and staff.

Conduct routine health check-ups and maintain Patients health records.

Maintain accurate medical records, prescriptions, progress notes, and discharge/fitness summaries in line with Medical and regulatory standards.

Conduct health awareness sessions and promote preventive healthcare practices.

Maintain complete and confidential health records of Patients.

Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare service providers for emergency and specialized healthcare support.

Maintain proper stock and inventory of medicines and medical supplies.

Perform any other duties assigned by the authority related to Hospital health services.
