MBBS from a recognized Medical College.
Valid registration with BMDC.
1-2 years of experience in NICU doctors/General Hospital practice will be preferred.
Good clinical knowledge and patient-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient-friendly and professional attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and make timely clinical decisions.
Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Provide medical care to admitted patients under the supervision of Consultants.
Examine patients, take medical history and prepare appropriate treatment plans.
Monitor patients` clinical condition and progress.
Attend emergency cases and provide prompt initial management.
Assist Consultants during ward rounds and clinical procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records, prescriptions and medical documentation.
Coordinate effectively with Consultants, Nursing and other clinical departments.
Counsel patients and attendants regarding treatment and follow-up.
Follow hospital SOPs, infection-control policies and patient-safety protocols.
Perform duties according to the hospital duty roster.
