Medical Officer - Female Doctor

Ensure equal health service for all employee and periodic follow up of pregnant employees as per labor law.

Monitoring, analysis & recorded monthly disease report, patient evaluations, treatments, medications and transactions according to company policies and procedures.

Schedule monthly training, practical & Examine for Certification of first aiders.

Conduct awareness & training program according to the policy (eg: maternity awareness, menstrual hygiene awareness, AIDS, Occupational health and safety training, any emergency health awareness program.

Supervise and monitor activities of medical assistant, nurse, baby sitters.

Establish and educate employees on cleanliness, hygiene and health standards.

Maintain & monitor medical room, medicine expiry date, equipment, first aid box.

Maintain & monitor child care facilities according to the policy
