Strong knowledge of primary healthcare, occupational health, first aid, and emergency medical response.
Ability to diagnose and manage common workplace illnesses and minor injuries with appropriate referral when required.
Strong understanding of female health, menstrual health, maternal health, and workplace wellbeing.
Excellent ability to communicate medical information in simple and understandable Bangla, particularly with workers having limited literacy.
Ability to conduct worker awareness sessions using simple language, visual aids, demonstrations, and practical examples.
Strong counseling, listening, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive female health-related concerns with confidentiality, dignity, and professionalism.
Provide primary medical consultation and treatment to employees.
Attend to workplace injuries and medical emergencies.
Conduct initial assessment and provide appropriate first aid and medical advice.
Maintain accurate medical records and reports.
Monitor occupational health concerns and recommend preventive measures.
Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and specialists when referral is required.
Support health awareness, vaccination, health screening, and employee wellbeing programs.
Monitor medicine and medical equipment inventory.
Ensure proper hygiene and housekeeping of the medical center.
Support management in occupational health and safety initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality of employee medical information.
