Job Location

Factory premises at Village: Purondorpur, Post: Khalishpur, Upazila: Moheshpur, District: Jhenaidah.

Key Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for mechanical maintenance, operation, and reliability of all machinery and equipment in the factory.
Plan, supervise, and execute installation, erection, commissioning, alignment, and modification of all new and existing mechanical equipment and production lines.
Complete understanding and hands-on experience in operation, maintenance, and management of all mechanical utilities, including air compressor systems, compressed air distribution, cooling water systems, chillers, boilers/thermic fluid heaters, and hydraulic & pneumatic systems.
Lead, manage, and develop the entire mechanical maintenance team, ensuring smooth workflow, proper delegation, and team efficiency.
Responsible for spare parts planning, inventory management, ensuring availability of critical spares and minimizing downtime.
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to ensure reduction of downtime, optimum machine performance, and maximum productivity.
Strong troubleshooting skills to identify root causes of mechanical failures and implement effective corrective and preventive measures.
Coordinate with Production, Electrical, and Utility departments to ensure seamless plant operation.
Prepare and maintain maintenance schedules, SOPs, checklists, reports, and records.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies related to mechanical systems.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, machine upgrades, and capacity enhancement projects.
