Marketing Specialist

•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

•3-5years ofB2Bmarketing experience, preferably inatechnology, SaaS,orprofessional services environment.

•Experiencewith CRM and CMS platformssuch asSalesforceandWordPress.

•Experienceusingdesign and social media tools such as Canva, LinkedIn and Sprout Social.

•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite,especially PowerPoint, along withOffice 365, Teams, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.

•Self-motivated, highly organized,andtask-oriented, with the ability to prioritize work, manage deadlines, and follow through on details.

•Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate professionally across teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

•Creative mindset with an interest in developing visually clear, engaging presentations and marketing materials.

•Interest in coordinating event logistics and managing the details that help tradeshows, webinars, roundtables, golf outings, and similar programs run smoothly.

•Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset, with a willingness to learn new tools, processes, and marketing approaches.

•Ability to use approved AI tools and productivity resources responsibly to improve efficiency, solve problems, and support high-quality work.
