Minimum HSC passed/Graduate
At least 4 to 10 years or above of hands-on experience in a marketing role, in zipper, garment accessories, or RMG
Strong knowledge of production planning, machine operations, and man-hour management
Good leadership and team management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Computer literacy (MS Excel/Word) for reporting
Sound knowledge of factory compliance and safety practices
Designation of this position would be determined based on marketing/sales performance and qualifications

Identify and develop new business opportunities with garment manufacturers, buying houses, and export-oriented factories
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing buyers/clients
Prepare, present, and arrange, where appropriate, price quotations, samples, and product catalogues to clients
Follow up on orders, ensure timely communication between buyers and production team
Conduct market visits to factories and buying houses to generate leads
Monitor competitor pricing and market trends in the zipper/garments accessories industry
Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management
Coordinate with the merchandising/production team to ensure order requirements match buyer specifications
Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events as required
Meet sales targets as mutually agreed upon with the management.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.
