Marketing Manager

Tu Do Restaurant & Café and MANZO are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the overall marketing activities of both restaurant brands.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in restaurant, hotel, lifestyle, or premium hospitality marketing, with practical knowledge of brand development, digital marketing, Meta platforms, B2B partnerships, campaign planning, content strategy, events, customer engagement, and revenue driven marketing.

Candidates with experience working with reputed restaurants, hotels, hospitality groups, or premium lifestyle brands will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines and brand communication documents for both brands.
• Build clear and consistent marketing plans aligned with each brand's positioning and business objectives.
• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for Tu Do and MANZO.
• Prepare and manage annual marketing calendars, including seasonal campaigns, events, launches, collaborations, and promotional activities.
• Develop content plans and oversee copywriting, captions, campaign messaging, and brand communication.
• Manage and optimize Facebook, Instagram, Meta Business Suite, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns with clear objectives and measurable results.
• Monitor Meta Ads performance, audience targeting, reach, engagement, conversions, and campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, content creators, and production teams to ensure high quality brand output.
• Develop and manage B2B partnerships with corporate organizations, banks, clubs, communities, embassies, hospitality partners, lifestyle brands, and other relevant organizations.
• Develop corporate dining, membership, partnership, and promotional opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and generate business through B2B activities.
• Plan and coordinate restaurant events, tasting events, collaborations, seasonal activations, and special campaigns.
• Work closely with restaurant operations and management to ensure marketing activities support sales and revenue targets.
• Monitor customer behavior, market trends, competitors, and developments within the restaurant and hospitality industry.
• Develop guest retention, loyalty, database marketing, and repeat customer strategies.
• Manage influencer partnerships, PR activities, media relations, and brand collaborations where appropriate.
• Maintain consistent brand positioning, visual standards, tone of voice, and communication across all channels.
• Manage Google Business profiles, social media platforms, digital listings, and other relevant online channels.
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports and present results, insights, and recommendations to management.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of marketing expenditure.
• Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness, footfall, reservations, customer retention, and revenue.
