We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Milan team. This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll help us build, scale, and optimize co-marketing strategies with our key restaurant and grocery partners, driving mutual growth and maximizing brand visibility across Italy.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Partner Marketing team. This team bridges the gap between our commercial business partners and our marketing engine, creating high-visibility marketing collaborations that delight customers and accelerate marketplace performance through partners growth.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Lead end-to-end co-marketing strategies: Develop and execute joint marketing strategies with top tier restaurant partners to drive customer acquisition, order growth and partner performance, ensuring partner marketing plans and campaigns calendar are fully integrated with Deliveroo’s broader marketing strategy and priorities while leveraging local markets dynamics, seasonal opportunities and partner’s priorities.
• Manage commercial marketing relationships: Act as the primary marketing point of contact for key account stakeholders, pitching opportunities and aligning promotional roadmaps.
• Optimize partner campaign performance: Monitor real-time performance indicators and campaign metrics, utilizing data-driven insights to continuously iterate marketing tactics and maximize shared ROI.
• Monitor and manage relevant marketing budgets, tracking monthly spend and ensuring effective budget allocation in line with campaign plans and business priorities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work alongside central creative, local account management, and analytics teams to ensure partner initiatives align perfectly with national brand playbooks.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:

• 5-6 years of experience in Trade or Partner Marketing departments within fast paced environments across FMCG, e-commerce, tech or retail with a proven track record of developing and managing successful co-marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the Italian commercial landscape: Deep familiarity with regional consumer behaviors, retail promotions, and local media channels across major Italian cities.
• Proven ability to manage external stakeholders: Exceptional communication, pitching, and relationship-management skills to successfully guide commercial conversations with enterprise partners.
• Data-driven mindset with commercial acumen: Comfort interpreting data sets to evaluate campaign effectiveness, optimize attribution, and report performance clearly to partners.
• Self-starter with an adaptable and proactive mindset, comfortable navigating constant change, making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership in dynamic situations.
• Fluency in both English and Italian: Full professional proficiency in both written and spoken languages to ensure seamless collaboration across local and global team structures.
