Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, responsible for

• Team leader of marketing department.
• Planning and executing the overall marketing strategy for Assetsheba.com. This role includes developing and managing campaigns across digital and offline channels, coordinating brand messaging, and overseeing the creation of marketing materials.
• Will analyze market trends, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies. Customer acquisition, and retention. Daily activities involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing external agencies or vendors, and ensuring consistent communication across social media, website, email, and events. The role also includes budgeting, reporting on campaign outcomes, and identifying new opportunities to promote company services.
