Job description: Fully responsible for the investment and opening of tea brand in the Bangladesh market, responsible for market development, franchise negotiation and signing, channel building, and follow-up on the landing of new stores, implement the headquarters investment policy, complete the annual store opening quota, and promote the overseas scale expansion of the brand.

Reporting Subject: Head of Overseas Operations / Director of Domestic Investment Promotion

Management Authority: can manage local investment officers

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Market research and investment planning: Research the tea market, business districts, competing models and customers in Bangladesh, and optimize investment policies and franchise schemes in the local market. Set monthly and annual store growth goals and customer acquisition plans.

• Channel development and customer mining: Develop interested franchisees through online platforms, business circles, intermediaries, industry resources and other channels; Build local investment channels and resources, and continuously stockpile and screen high-quality investment customers.

• Commercial negotiations and contract repayment: Desponsible for customer consultation, brand explaining, investment measurement, commercial negotiations, and completion of franchise signing; Review customer qualifications, control signing risks, and follow up on franchise fees and margin returns.

• Follow-up on the landing of new stores: Assist franchisees in site selection and evaluation, coordinate with headquarters resources, coordinate opening matters such as renovation, equipment, training, materials, and follow up on the progress of store preparation to ensure smooth opening.

• Data recovery and optimization: Regularly output investment data reports, review leads, conversions, and signings; Tracking the development of competing products, optimizing the marketing tactics, materials and customer acquisition models, and maintaining the relationship between old franchisees.

• Cross-departmental coordination: Coordinate with various departments at the domestic headquarters, implement investment promotion policies, synchronize the local market situation, cooperate with reconciliation, business support, etc., and complete the tasks handed over to the higher levels.
