Marketing Graphic Designer (12-month contract)

Craft you'll bring

• A strong body of work in marketing or creative production, demonsrated through a thoughtful portfolio, with graphic and motion design specialties (most candidates have around 5+ years of experience, but a clear track record matters more than the number on your CV)
• Canva proficiency, plus working knowledge of other creative tools like Figma, Adobe CS, etc.
• Short-form video editing capabilities
• Bilingual in Korean and English — written and spoken

• Hustles like an owner. You take initiative without waiting for direction, manage multiple projects in parallel, and move work forward at pace
• Goes beyond the brief. You don't stop at the original ask. When you see a chance to raise the bar, you take it
• Learns fast. Your feed is your reference library. You absorb trends naturally and have strong content instincts
• Creates with AI. You're hands-on with AI tools and use them to push your range, speed up production, and explore ideas you wouldn't have on your own
• Communicates with clarity. Sharp short-form copy, clean briefs, smooth coordination with vendors and partners — all in our brand tone of voice
• Thinks user-first, in a Korean context. You understand the local creator and influencer ecosystem, and you have good judgement about what lands with Korean audiences
• A background both as a freelancer or solo creator, and as a part of a creative team within a brand or company
