We are looking for a young, enthusiastic marketing executive eager to build a vibrant career with a global reach by working with our team under the supervision of our Chief Marketing Officer based in Melbourne, Australia.
Job Title: Executive – Marketing Department
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
Job Type: Full-Time
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor strategies.
Analyze customer behavior and trends to help shape future marketing strategies.
Provide actionable insights based on data analytics to improve campaign performance.
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, and suggest improvements.
Online & Offline Marketing:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, content marketing).
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Market Trend Analysis:
Stay updated with industry trends, new tools, and marketing technologies.
Provide regular reports on market conditions and recommend strategies for capitalizing on market trends.
General Marketing Executive Duties:
Support the marketing team with day-to-day activities and special projects.
Assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, press releases, and advertisements.
Manage marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities.
Qualifications:
Salary & other benefits:
Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 Taka per month
Yearly 2 festive bonuses.
Annual paid and sick leave.
5 working days a week.
Office Timing: 8 AM – 4 PM (Monday – Friday)
