Marketing Executive

Irving Enterprise, a leading recruitment agency, is looking for an energetic and field-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our recruitment/manpower services, generate new business leads, and build strong relationships with client companies through regular field visits.

• Visit companies on a daily basis to promote Irving Enterprise's recruitment and manpower supply services.
• Identify and approach potential client companies (HR/Admin departments) to generate new business/job orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular field visits and follow-ups.
• Distribute company profiles, brochures, and promotional materials to prospective clients.
• Conduct market surveys to identify new business opportunities and areas for manpower supply.
• Follow up with clients on ongoing requirements, service satisfaction, and payment matters.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly field visit reports to management.
• Achieve monthly targets for new client acquisition and business generation.
• Represent Irving Enterprise professionally at client sites and maintain the company's brand image.
