Main Responsibilities:

The employee will work mainly in the field and visit potential clients and organizations.

• They will visit:
• Corporate Offices
• Government & Private Offices
• Schools
• Colleges
• Universities
• Companies & Factories
• Hotels & Resorts
• Amusement Parks
• Organizations and Associations
• Clubs and Community Groups

Core Duties:

• Visit potential clients regularly and introduce TourismBD and its services.
• Explain tour packages and event management services professionally.
• Find organizations interested in arranging:
• Official tours
• Corporate tours
• Staff recreational tours
• Family tours
• Educational tours
• Study tours
• Picnics
• Reunions
• Get-together programs
• International tours
• Honeymoon tours

Build strong relationships with:

• HR Departments
• Company management
• School/College authorities
• Teachers and principals
• Office administrators
• Event organizers
• Generate new leads and clients for TourismBD.
• Convince potential customers to arrange their tours and events through TourismBD.
• Collect client requirements and communicate them to the company management.
• Follow up with potential clients until the booking is confirmed.

Maintain daily records of:

• Places visited
• Clients contacted
• Leads generated
• Follow-up status
• Confirmed bookings
• Achieve monthly sales and client acquisition targets.
