 Job Summary

Kohinoor Agro Chemicals is seeking a Marketing and Brand Development Manager to strengthen the link between Head Office and our field organization — territory managers, sales officers, and the dealer network across all operating regions. This role will lead brand-building and marketing initiatives for our crop protection product portfolio while ensuring that company directives, campaigns, and product information reach field staff clearly and on time, and that field-level feedback and performance data flow back to management without delay. The successful candidate will also build and lead a small coordination team dedicated to keeping this Head Office–field communication channel active and reliable.

Key Responsibilities

Head Office–Field Communication:

• Serve as the primary communication link between Head Office and field staff (territory managers, sales officers, and dealers) across all regions, ensuring information flows both ways without delay.
• Relay company directives, pricing updates, promotions, and product launches to field teams promptly and clearly.
• Collect and consolidate field feedback, market intelligence, and dealer performance data for management review.
• Build and lead a small group/team of coordinators responsible for maintaining continuous two-way communication with field staff.
• Establish regular reporting cadences and communication protocols between Head Office and the field.

Brand Development & Marketing:

• Develop and execute brand-building and marketing strategies for the company's crop protection product portfolio.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns targeted at farmers, dealers, and field staff.
• Design and produce marketing collateral — brochures, banners, product leaflets, posters, and presentation materials.
• Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all internal and external communications.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare Excel-based sales, dealer, and field-performance reports and dashboards for management.
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and territory performance.
• Build clear, professional PowerPoint presentations for management reviews, territory manager meetings, and planning sessions.

Field & Dealer Support:

• Train and support field staff on new product information, promotional materials, and reporting procedures.
• Assist the sales team with dealer engagement initiatives such as dealer grading, meetings, and incentive programs.
