Manufacturing Supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience managing production in a manufacturing plant; preferably within the Food & Beverage industry.
• A data-driven mindset, to collect and use data to drive sustainable improvements
• Energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude. Used to working in a high pressure, fast paced, and constantly changing environment

• Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments. Able to prioritize and meet budgets deadlines and achieve objectives
• Professional certifications and/or licenses with Lean Six Sigma preferred
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, squatting, and twisting
• Willing and able to work in refrigerated environments (0°C to 4°C)
• Material Handling Equipment (MHE) certification considered an asset; ability to operate equipment as required
• Flexible to work overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
