Develop and execute strategic Corporate & Modern Sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify, acquire and develop new corporate and institutional business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, institutional buyers and corporate stakeholders.
Lead the complete tendering process, including opportunity identification, bid preparation, pricing, documentation and submission.
Develop competitive yet profitable pricing, discount and commercial strategies for corporate clients.
Lead, coach, train and motivate the Corporate Sales team to achieve individual and organizational targets.
Set sales targets, monitor team performance and drive accountability through measurable KPIs.
Manage the sales pipeline and utilize CRM and sales analytics tools for effective opportunity tracking and forecasting.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis and industry assessments to identify market gaps and emerging opportunities.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports and business reviews for senior management.
Negotiate and close high-value contracts, strategic partnerships and long-term business agreements.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and other relevant departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Ensure effective client onboarding, after-sales support and long-term relationship management.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements and competitor activities to strengthen the company`s market position.
Handle escalated client issues professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, contractual obligations and applicable legal/regulatory requirements.
Represent the organization at relevant industry events, business forums and networking platforms.
Continuously improve sales processes, productivity and commercial effectiveness.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
