Manager - Telesales

The Manager will be responsible for sales activities related to our VIP First Class Membership and Health Membership Program.

This is a leadership and performance-based position. The selected candidate must be capable of managing a sales team, developing individual performers and consistently driving the team toward daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and motivate the Tele Sales team.
• Take responsibility for achieving daily, weekly and monthly team sales targets.
• Set and distribute individual sales targets according to management plans.
• Conduct daily sales briefings and performance follow-ups.
• Monitor sales calls, communication quality, follow-up and closing performance.
• Coach team members on customer communication, objection handling, negotiation and sales closing.
• Ensure proper utilization and follow-up of company-provided customer databases and leads.
• ⁠Identify low-performing team members and prepare performance improvement plans.
• Develop high performers for future senior and leadership responsibilities.
• Personally support difficult or high-value sales when required.
• Maintain discipline, attendance, reporting and professional standards within the team.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales performance reports for Management.
• Coordinate with Customer Care, Administration and other relevant departments.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of company and customer information.
