Manager, Store Management

1. Store Management

• Monitor and supervise daily warehouse operations.
• Manage the product receiving, checking, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
• Ensure stock accuracy and proper inventory management within the warehouse.
• Efficiently manage warehouse space and product placement.
• Identify damaged, defective, expired, or unsellable products and ensure proper handling.
• Coordinate product dispatch from the warehouse.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and security.
• Follow up on daily warehouse activities and operational issues.

2. Inventory Management

• Regularly monitor stock levels.
• Ensure accuracy between physical stock and system stock.
• Identify stock mismatches or discrepancies and take prompt corrective action.
• Ensure proper documentation of stock receiving and transfers.
• Report stock shortages, excess stock, and slow-moving products to management.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
• Identify recurring inventory-related issues and implement corrective actions.

3. Team Management

• Assign and supervise daily tasks of warehouse staff.
• Monitor team attendance, punctuality, and productivity.
• Provide necessary training and operational guidance to the warehouse team.
• Regularly evaluate work quality and efficiency.
• Identify and resolve team performance-related issues.
• Report manpower requirements to management.

4. Order Fulfillment & Dispatch Coordination

• Ensure timely completion of picking, packing, and dispatch processes for customer orders.
• Coordinate with courier and delivery teams as required.
• Follow up on urgent, pending, and delayed orders.
• Verify product quantity, quality, and order details before dispatch.
• Ensure proper receiving and processing of returned and exchanged products at the warehouse.
• Identify recurring order fulfillment issues and report them to management.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily warehouse activity reports.
• Maintain daily receiving and dispatch reports.
• Maintain stock movement and inventory reports.
• Prepare stock discrepancy and damaged product reports.
• Maintain return and exchange product reports.
• Prepare warehouse team performance reports.
• Prepare weekly/monthly warehouse reports as required by management.
