Experience

Prime Asset Group is looking for an experienced and results-driven Manager / Sr. Manager to lead the Sales Department, drive business growth, develop strategic sales plans, and achieve company revenue and profitability targets.

Anywhere in Bangladesh

Key Responsibilities

Possess in-depth knowledge of the real estate, land market, and related products.
Set business targets and design effective plans to lead the Sales Department toward target achievement.
Take ownership and independently manage and operate the Sales Department.
Develop individual and group sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets.
Be responsible for the overall operation and management of the Sales Department.
Maintain strong and long-term relationships with existing customers.
Work in a result-oriented and challenging environment with a strong focus on company profitability.
Identify potential markets and initiate action plans to develop new sales opportunities.
Monitor and follow up on all sales and promotional activities.
Achieve company revenue and profit targets through effective planning, execution, customer focus, and professional sales capabilities.
Assist team members in formulating operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
Prepare sales strategies and operational plans for different clusters and ensure compliance with those strategies.
Identify training needs of sales team members and ensure appropriate training and development are provided.
