Implement and maintain quality control systems in swing to ensure products meet specified standards and customer expectations.
Identify areas in swing for process optimization and lead initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
Monitor hourly production, efficiency, DHU/defect levels, and machine utilization.
Analyze production losses and take corrective action to improve line efficiency.
Work closely with IE to optimize SMV, line balancing, operation sequence, manpower allocation, and production capacity.
Identify bottleneck operations and implement practical solutions.
Plan, organize, and control daily footwear swing/sewing production activities.
Ensure compliance with local and international quality standards, including ISO certifications and buyer requirements.
Conduct investigations into quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare and present regular quality reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Work closely with production, design, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration of quality standards throughout the production process.
