Manager / Senior Manager (Sales & Marketing)

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and business growth targets.

Identify, develop, and acquire new Government and Enterprise customers and business opportunities.

Promote and sell ICT solutions including Connectivity, Cloud, Cyber Security, Data Center, Managed Services, and Network Infrastructure.

Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders to drive customer retention, revenue growth, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.

Generate and develop new leads through networking, partnerships, market outreach, and other business development initiatives.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and convert qualified prospects into profitable customers.

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and opportunity identification through proposal development, negotiation, contract closure, and business conversion.

Participate in tenders, prepare technical and commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with relevant requirements.

Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure successful business closure.

Coordinate with Technical, Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and other relevant teams for successful project implementation and delivery.

Ensure smooth handover, customer onboarding, service activation, and revenue realization after business closure.

Ensure timely issue resolution and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate sales pipeline, CRM records, forecasts, and management reports.

Ensure timely billing, collection, and follow-up of outstanding payments.
