BBA/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant discipline.

6-8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
Experience in Real Estate, Property Sales, Investment Sales, Resort/Hospitality, or related industries will be preferred.

Age: 32 years and above.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Strong sales planning and target-achievement capability.

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead our sales team and drive project share sales, investor acquisition, business development, and revenue growth for Northern Spring Amusement Park.

Lead and motivate the Sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies for project share sales.
Drive investor acquisition and lead conversion.
Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Build relationships with investors, corporate clients, and business partners.
Monitor sales pipeline, conversion, and team performance.
Conduct regular market and competitor analysis.
Develop effective sales campaigns, offers, and promotional initiatives.
Guide the team in client presentation, negotiation, follow-up, and closing.
Ensure proper CRM, sales reporting, and lead management.
Handle key clients and support high-value deal closures.
Coordinate with Marketing and other departments to maximize sales.
Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for management.
Ensure excellent customer and investor experience.
