Minimum 3 years` experience of working in a maternity Hospital/clinic, supervision and monitoring of clinical quality of maternity services/family planning/SAPAC.
Sound clinical skills and knowledge in Reproductive health and Family Planning, MR, MRM, PAC and FP methods (LARC)
Working in a team approach, skill in communication and report writing, self-organizing capacity. Ready to accept any challenges.
Location: MSB Country Support Office, Dhaka.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and standards
Promote adherence to clinical protocols, guidelines, and quality standards by ensuring all clinical teams understand and consistently apply them
Evaluate and maintain the competency, qualifications, and training of service providers to ensure the safe delivery of high-quality clinical services within their defined scope of practice
Lead clinical incident investigations, perform root cause analyses, and develop, implement, and monitor SMART corrective and preventive action plans.
