Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance, preferably in the beverage industry.
Strong knowledge of beverage manufacturing processes and quality parameters.
Practical experience in food safety management systems, HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.
Strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage a QC laboratory and lead a professional quality team

Lead and manage the Quality Control function for beverage production.
Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained throughout raw materials, production, packaging, and finished products.
Develop, implement, and monitor QC procedures, specifications, and testing protocols.
Supervise laboratory operations, product testing, and quality analysis.
Monitor compliance with HACCP, ISO, GMP, and food safety requirements.
Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and production deviations and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Coordinate with Production, R&D, Procurement, and other departments to maintain consistent product quality.
Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and quality records are maintained.
Lead and develop the QC team and provide technical guidance and training.
Support new product development, product improvement, shelf-life studies, and process validation.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and food safety requirements.
