Coordinate with Merchandising, IE, Production, QA, Warehouse, Procurement, and Commercial departments.
Monitor production efficiency, output, capacity utilization, and delivery performance.
Ensure timely availability of raw materials, accessories, trims, and packaging materials.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Monitor WIP and ensure smooth flow of materials between different production processes.
Prepare production reports and management dashboards.
Ensure customer delivery commitments are achieved without compromising quality.
