• Directly working with Buyers on all Product Developments, Costing, Order negotiations, and Placements.
• Work with Directors to analyze the yearly business plans and strategic framework.
• Work closely with the Design Teams to involve in bring Innovations and Sustainable Products to table.
• End to end responsibility in the process of business development, Order execution.
• Provide ongoing trainings, development and constructive feedback to teams to ensure employee development and succession planning for driving high performance.
• Design Packs / Development Sample Process for relevant Season / Phases.
• Feedback Follow up on each Season Customer Sign offs with narrow down Styles.
• Sourcing Fabrics / Trims and innovation Developments Follow ups.
• Price negotiation and Costing Finalization with Customers.
• Order placement & Delivery Confirmation.
• Capacity Allocations and Production Follow ups.
• Shipment process & Customer Communications.
