Ensure new styles are developed according to buyer specifications and approved standards.
Identify construction, material, machine, and production-related problems during pilot production.
Conduct pilot runs and ensure smooth transfer of approved styles to mass production.
Improve product manufacturability, productivity, quality, and cost.
Maintain proper records of samples, pilot reports, technical issues, and corrective actions.
