Optimize man-hours and improve output per person through lean process redesign, standard work, automation, digitization and workload balancing.
Lead disciplined adoption of ERP, PLM, critical-path and business-intelligence platforms, ensuring complete, accurate and timely customer, product, costing and order data.
Use approved modern AI assistance to support activities such as data consolidation, first-draft reporting, trend identification, meeting and action summaries, risk flagging and routine communication, subject to company information-security, confidentiality, customer and responsible-use requirements.
Ensure AI-assisted outputs are reviewed by accountable employees before use in any customer, commercial, technical or operational decision. Human ownership and approval remain mandatory.
Develop standard dashboards that provide a single source of truth for business performance, risks, actions and decisions.
