Employment Status Full time Develop and execute dynamic sales & marketing strategies to achieve hotel revenue, occupancy, and profitability targets. Lead and drive the Sales & Marketing team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business objectives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, embassies, NGOs, and key business partners. Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and revenue-generating channels to maximize hotel performance. Drive corporate, group, MICE, banquet, room, and F&B sales through proactive business development initiatives. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer preferences to strengthen the hotel's market positioning. Lead corporate sales calls, client meetings, property visits, sales presentations, and business negotiations. Develop and implement effective promotional campaigns across digital, social media, OTA, and traditional marketing channels. Collaborate closely with Front Office, F&B, Revenue, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales commitments. Prepare sales forecasts, revenue projections, market analysis, and performance reports for management review. Negotiate contracts, corporate rates, packages, and business agreements while protecting hotel profitability. Build long-term strategic partnerships to increase repeat business, guest loyalty, and brand visibility. Take ownership of achieving revenue targets and continuously identify opportunities for business growth. Represent the hotel professionally at corporate events, trade shows, networking events, and industry platforms.
