Job Location: Tongi, Gazipur

Job Role:

ü Strictly maintain TNA plan to meet PCD and on time materials in-house.

ü Collaborate with Merchandising, Commercial, Procurement and Inventory teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.

ü Assist the Planning AGM/General Manager - Operations in developing and maintaining a detailed production schedule based on customer orders, demand forecasts, and available resources.

ü To assess production capacity and resource availability to meet production targets.

ü Help adjust plans to maximize machine and labor utilization.

ü Support the prioritization and allocation of resources to high-priority orders to meet customer commitments.

ü Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.

ü To identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement in production planning and scheduling.

ü Collaborate with the Planning Manager and sales and marketing teams to develop accurate production forecasts.

ü Collaborate closely with the planning team, including production planners and schedulers, to support their initiatives.

ü Assist in analyzing production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.

ü Help generate reports and dashboards to provide insights to management.
