Practical knowledge of Land & Property Laws.
Strong legal drafting, negotiation and analytical skills.
Prepare, review and manage legal documents, agreements and other legal instruments.
Handle land-related legal matters, including land documentation, demarcation and matters concerning Forest Land.
Conduct and oversee title verification, mutation and registration processes to ensure proper legal documentation and compliance.
Coordinate with relevant government authorities and regularly visit government offices to facilitate land and legal matters.
Provide legal analysis and support in matters related to land and property.
Negotiate and review legal terms and documentation to safeguard the company’s interests.
Maintain proper records of legal and land-related documents and ensure timely follow-up on ongoing matters.
Perform any other assignments entrusted by the management.
