Job Descriptions: Oversee daily laboratory operations to ensure efficient testing workflows. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot analytical instrumentation, specializing in GC-MS (Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry). Lead comprehensive environmental monitoring, including air emissions, water quality, and solid/hazardous waste management.
Oversee Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) operations, ensuring effluent parameters meet regulatory discharge standards. Ensure strict compliance with local environmental regulations, international standards, and health and safety (HSE) guidelines.
Perform chemical analysis, instrument calibration, validation, and laboratory quality assurance. Track energy, water, and resource consumption to identify and implement efficiency improvements. Coordinate with regulatory authorities during environmental inspections and compliance audits.
Manage laboratory safety, inventory, chemical handling, and equipment maintenance schedules. Maintain thorough laboratory documentation and collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and management teams.
