Manager-HR & Administration

We are currently seeking high-potential, result-driven, and self-motivated HR professionals to join our HR, Admin & Compliance team and play a key role in strengthening people management, employee relations, workplace compliance, and operational excellence across our manufacturing operations.

This role offers a valuable opportunity for mid-level HR professionals to take on a strategic and hands-on role in large-scale factory operations, strengthen their expertise in HR, administration, employee relations and compliance, and develop leadership capabilities while driving effective people practices and supporting business excellence within one of Bangladesh’s leading manufacturing groups.

•  Manage and verify employee attendance, timekeeping, shift rosters, late/absence records, and resolve discrepancies with relevant departments.
• Administer employee leave management, including leave verification, balance checking, Software updates, and follow-up on irregular or unapproved leave.
• Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, HRIS data, and employment documentation covering joining, confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation, and termination.
• Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including interview coordination, appointment letters, joining formalities, orientation, and induction programs.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, manpower statistics, and HRIS data, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting.
• Support compensation & benefits administration, including payroll inputs, salary adjustments, allowances, incentives, deductions, bonuses, increments, reimbursements, and employee queries.
• Provide factory HR & administrative support, including ID/access cards, employee engagement, HR events, and internal/external audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
