Lead the full HR and administrative function of a growing technology group — people, payroll coordination, compliance and day-to-day office and factory support.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all day-to-day administration and human resources activities of the company.
Maintain employee records, personal files, attendance, leave and other HR documentation.
Monitor employee attendance, discipline, performance and workplace behaviour.
Handle payroll-related coordination, salary information, overtime, attendance and other employee benefits.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws and regulations.
Supervise security, housekeeping, transportation, maintenance and other administrative support services.
Manage office facilities, utilities, stationery, supplies and administrative assets.
Coordinate with government offices, local authorities, vendors and external organizations when required.
Prepare HR and administrative reports for management and provide recommendations when necessary.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidentiality of employee and company information.
Coordinate with Production, Accounts, Procurement and other departments for smooth factory operations.
Support management in maintaining a positive, disciplined, safe and productive working environment.
