Job Context
NAXAS INVENTIONS LIMITED is looking for a proactive, competent and result-oriented Manager – HR, Admin & Talent Acquisition to strengthen our growing team.
The position requires a professional with strong hands-on experience in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, along with sound knowledge of regular HR operations and office administration.
Our ideal candidate should be capable of understanding manpower requirements, identifying suitable candidates through multiple sourcing channels and completing recruitment efficiently within the required timeframe.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities and ensure required manpower is sourced, assessed and onboarded within the expected timeline.
Proactively source suitable candidates through Bdjobs, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, CV databases, direct sourcing, headhunting and other effective channels.
Develop and maintain an active candidate database and talent pool for frequently required positions.
Conduct CV screening, preliminary interviews, competency assessment and reference checking, and coordinate final interviews and selection.
Work closely with departmental heads to understand manpower requirements and maintain an effective recruitment pipeline.
Handle employee onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfer, promotion, separation and necessary HR documentation.
Maintain employee records, HRIS, attendance, leave and other regular HR operational activities.
Support employee performance evaluation, KPI implementation, workplace discipline and organizational policy compliance.
Coordinate payroll-related employee information and necessary administrative activities with relevant departments.
Assist management in developing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, organizational procedures and manpower planning.
Ensure effective employee communication and proper implementation of management instructions.
Maintain compliance with applicable Bangladesh Labour Laws and organizational policies.
Prepare necessary HR and recruitment reports for management and continuously work to improve recruitment efficiency and employee retention.
